#SemangatTogether A Smile For A Smile is a year-long social initiative by Darlie that collaborates with Malaysians from all walks of life and partners like IMU Cares & IMU Foundation Clinic to empower the underserved communities in Malaysia with better oral care and knowledge.

Managed by the Community Engagement Office at the International Medical University (IMU) and in collaboration with the IMU Schools and Centres, IMU Cares© is a platform that allows students and staff to develop and grow their professionalism, interdisciplinary learning, leadership and core values through engaging with all levels of society to drive social change for a sustainable future.
IMU Cares manifests one of the IMU's core values, which is to impart experiential learning through community outreach programmes.
One of IMU Cares’ community outreach programs is the Better Oral Health (BOH) programme which aims to provide better oral healthcare among the elderly, children, special needs and urban poor communities. Led by the IMU’s School of Dentistry, the projects under this programme provide dental screenings, oral health education, and also various dental treatments for disadvantaged communities.
Working with community partners, the BOH programme aims to drive an impactful and sustainable change in oral healthcare for the said communities.
